Krofrom Residents Appeals To President Mahama And NDC Gov’t To Complete The Abandoned Krofrom Market.
The once-thriving Krofrom Market in the Ashanti Region has been abandoned for a prolonged period, leading to a surge in criminal activities in the area. The residents have expressed frustration and concern over the takeover of the market by criminal elements, including weed smokers and drug addicts.

According to them ,the abandoned market has become a shelter for illicit activities, negatively impacting commercial activities in the area.

Speaking with media after the clean up exercise organised by the assembly member for Krofrom CPC and Odumasi Electoral Area, Hon Isaac Owusu, they said the market’s abandonment has led to a decline in business activities, with many traders struggling to make ends meet. They therefore calling on President John Mahama and his administration to take immediate action to revitalize the market and restore its former glory.

In the Assembly Member for Krofrom CPC and Odumasi Electoral Area, Hon Isaac Owusu also stated that, this clean up exercise is meant to prevent diseases and keep the area clean.
